Some transactions are straightforward, and others remind you just how important patience, perseverance, communication, and a great team can be. This was certainly one of those transactions!

We encountered some significant hurdles along the way, but my sellers handled every twist and turn with an incredible amount of patience, understanding, and cooperation. Most importantly, they placed their complete trust and confidence in me to navigate the process and get them to the finish line—and I am so grateful for that trust.

After a lot of moving pieces, problem-solving, and determination, 75 Woolson Road is officially SOLD! 🔑🏡
