Announcing the winners of my Annual Kidz Market sale which I sponsor and is held concurrently with the TrailMark Community Garage Sale.
Congratulations and THANK YOU to all the kids that participated. It was fun visiting all the sales and I hope all of the kids had a lot of fun and realized great success!
A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to these amazing kiddos who tied for 1st place. My secret shopper judge Marcus Centeno with the Great Snake Drain Cleaning (featured in the TrailMark Calendar November 2024) had a nearly impossible time picking a winner and so we ultimately decided to have a tie and award prizes to both winners! Sophia and Mia had a beautiful eye catching display for their booth and their sale items were delicious. Additionally, they were very personable, friendly and great with customers. Aaron, our other winner must have spent hours crafting these beautiful bird houses with his grandfather. His hard work, outstanding display and beautiful end product made this a hard one to pass by. Both winners will be enjoying $100 to spend at The Main Event. CONGRATULATIONS AARON, SOPHIA AND MIA!!!

Hey Colorado Peeps. I sponsor the annual community garage sale in my neighborhood - AND IT'S AMAZING! Easily one of the biggest and best in Colorado with amazing stuff! We have fabulous participation and since it's such a great community, the stuff my neighbors sell is top notch! In addition to the normal garage sales, I promote our young entrepreneurs and encourage them to plan and execute the most fun and creative "sale" that they can come up with. Then my secret shopper picks the best one and awards them with a $100 gift card to Main Event (not an easy task because they are always all great). So next Friday and Saturday the 7th and 8th of June, plan to come and shop around here in TrailMark. If nothing else come and support these awesome young kids while enjoying their amazing treats. Saw this today while showing houses. 🤨 Primary bedroom / bathroom combo?!?! I mean, who doesn’t want to have your significant other watch you use the toilet while they get to shower or lay in bed?

I’m just saying, not everyone is good at making design choices. It’s OK to outsource some things!!!!

Calendars for my neighborhood are FINALLY on their way. Ran into a few glitches with printing of the final product (as it often happens) but I should have them in my hand by Friday and will work on delivery over the weekend. If you don't live in TrailMark but would like a copy of one please let me know and I'd be happy to get one to you! These are great for anyone even though many of the dates as well as the photography is specific to my TrailMark neighborhood (thanks to many talented neighborhood photographers) and the businesses also represent the best of TrailMark. I will have some extras though so please let me know if you'd like one.
