About Us Managing, Buying and Selling
We started managing real estate for private investors back in 1980, doing business as a Century 21, Golden Valley. Alice Wilcox got her first account then and by the end of the year had six.
Alice grew and opened her own office, “Wilcox Realty” in 1990 with forty-five accounts.
Alice and staff decided on a new name and “Real Estate Depot” was born in 2002, with a move to the current location of 4749 Bennett Dr. Suite E in Livermore, CA.
In beginning of 2005, Alice’s children, Jim Lamb and Kay French took over the operation so that Alice could take a much needed rest. She’s still with us, guiding us and giving us invaluable input into our day to day operations.
