I’d like to take a second to acknowledge my wonderful husband, Eric. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that marriage isn’t 50-50, it’s 100-100. And we’ve found that to be true. The last couple months of this season of life has felt like he’s carrying 190%. I cannot thank him enough for being the best Hubby & Daddy 💗
Eric has been breaking his back to take care of me and our little family- working overtime as a police officer & SWAT, taking online courses to finish his degree, and never forgetting to take care of the house & the trash :) He loves us well and he is such an incredibly hard worker. I truly cannot thank him enough. Love you Babe ❤️

The grown “kids” were selling this home for Mom and Dad during a challenging transitional time. We were honored to be chosen by them and we wanted to do right by this sweet family by making and listing the home as beautifully as we could.

There’s something so fun about a family that hands you the keys and just says “do your thing!”….and so we did. Aside from a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, you could say we flipped this home. And it came out just stunning! We are confident the $15-20k in improvements we made to this home resulted in at least $100k more in profits for this family. A blessing to the sellers, a pleasure for the new buyers to enjoy, and a beautification to the neighborhood.

I met this sweet little family back in 2020 *I can’t believe it’s been 4 years* Never having visited California before, they trusted me to help them buy a home in Livermore SIGHT UNSEEN.
