📍Location - Condos are often located in desirable areas making it very convenient to access your destination
💰Affordability - Condos can offer homeownership opportunities at a lower price point, particularly in high cost markets
📈Investment potential - condos often present manageable option for investors with reduced maintenance obligations
👫Community Atmosphere - with shared amenities and common areas you are presented with more social opportunities
CONS
💳HOA fees - condos typically have HOA fees which cover shared expenses but can be a burden
