With winter weather on the way this weekend, a few small steps now can help prevent bigger headaches later. Here are a few snowstorm prep tips to keep you and your home safe! ❄️

🏠 Home protection
• Make sure you have fuel for heat
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air circulate
• Remove excessive snow from roofs, vents, and chimneys (when it’s safe!)

🚰 Frozen pipes prevention
• Let faucets drip slightly during extreme cold
• If the home is unoccupied, shut off the main water supply

🚶‍♂️ Snow & ice safety
• Clear walkways and entrances when possible to reduce slip-and-fall risks

🧰 Stay prepared
• Have an emergency supply kit ready just in case

Today, we honor the memory of Ray Grzenda, a 40+-year real estate veteran and a treasured member of our HUNT Liverpool family.

Ray was known for his kind heart and gentle, joking spirit, always ready with a story or joke to bring a smile to his colleagues and his clients. He truly loved real estate, not only as a profession, but as a way to connect with people and serve his community with integrity and warmth.

Outside of the office, Ray's great passion was his prize-winning show dogs. He always spoke about his dogs with the same deep care, pride and joy he had for his work.

Ray leaves a personal and professional legacy of touching countless lives, and he will be greatly missed by his colleagues, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
