Heavier than normal rains have occurred and are expected again throughout the day Please check your basements to make sure all basement drains are clear, sump pumps are on and working properly. Our maintenance techs are making their rounds as well to ensure everything is working properly.

We’ve also had several reports of tree limbs coming down in yards and we will address those as soon as the weather allows.
