The Red Hill at Lot 1 is now available for sale at The Catskill Project.

Last weekend we welcomed Professor Sergei Domashenko and 12 students from Colgate University’s Environmental Studies program to The Catskill Project.

Greg and Buck hosted the group for a walking tour of the homes and trail system and shared more about the story behind TCP, from the inspiration for the project to the design process behind homes that are rooted in both performance and place.

One of the most meaningful parts of this work is getting to share it with the next generation. As Peter said, TCP is a case study that brings the field to the classroom. It’s incredibly rewarding to see active interest in sustainable living begin to turn into lifelong commitment.
