Allow me to take you back to when my journey of becoming a licensed real estate agent began!🏡
In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, 😷with all of the uncertainty that it brought onto us my husband and I decided that we no longer want to rent and essentially “throw away” our money. We knew we couldn’t afford our dream home so we decided to search for an investment property that we can flip and live in temporarily.
After long days/nights of searching and switching from agent to agent I decided to finally bring my passion of becoming a licensed real estate agent into fruition and became licensed while searching for our first investment property as a first time home buyer (lots of firsts 😂). I experienced the lack of motivation and drive from some of the agents that I met and I promised myself that I will be the person that you would choose to be in your corner during one of the most substantial times in your life. Lots of emotions involved, believe me I know!
Fast forward, we put in an offer below asking on our beautiful condo and our offer was countered but still below listing price! Cha-Ching extra money 💰 in our pockets to renovate. No bidding wars, no chaos, no paying a ridiculous amount above asking, and no waiving inspection! Closing this deal took skill and I was able to become licensed in time to be involved through out the entire process!
