She later earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology and Medical Technology from the University of Montana, which led to a rewarding corporate leadership career in Bozeman. For the past 24 years, she’s proudly called Livingston home and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Livingston Healthcare Foundation Board. The relationships and deep local insight Beth has built over decades in SW Montana have guided her transition into a trusted and successful real estate career. Mortgage rates have moved, and a home buying budget calculated even a few weeks ago may no longer produce the same monthly payment.
I’ve recently heard of buyers going under contract using older estimates, only to discover that the updated payment exceeded their monthly budget and sometimes resulting in the transaction being terminated.
It doesn’t mean to put your plans on hold. Before touring homes or submitting an offer, it’s important to reconnect with your lender.
Markets change and your numbers may change too. Avoid any unwelcome surprises by having that conversation with your lender.

Not every road to closing is paved. Coyote Drive offered rugged access and remarkable privacy and views hard to capture in a photo. It wasn’t the right property for everyone. It needed the right buyer.
After plenty of honest conversations and persistence from everyone involved, this beauty is officially SOLD.
