Since 2020:
▪️Livingston home values have risen 27% (city limits) with growth continuing at a steadier pace.
▪️The fast paced frenzy of 2021 has slowed.
▪️Most Sellers are still averaging 97-99% of list price

The frenzy of 2021 has settled. The market has matured. Strategy matters more than speed.
