Go Louis!

Congratulations to Louis Wedgworth of Livingston, Alabama, on becoming the 2026 NLBRA Junior Boy Goat Tying World Champion! After setting his sights on a Junior Boy World Championship when he first aged up, Louis made it happen in his final year in the division.

With Tiktok, Fastback, Kenny, Gangster, and Whisky by his side, Louis has built a talented string of horses that help him compete across Flag Racing, Goat Tying, Ribbon Roping, Team Roping, and Breakaway Roping. His success is backed by countless hours in the practice pen, late nights, dedication, and a whole lot of hard work.

Louis has already collected multiple NLBRA and MSLBRA titles, including two 2021 World Championships and several state championships. Now moving into the Senior Boys division, he has his sights set on winning a Tie-Down Roping World Championship and a Team Roping Header World Championship.

Above all, Louis is grateful for the family, grandparents, friends, sponsors, mentors, and horses who have helped him along the way.
