Meet Suzy Barnett, Broker/Owner of United Country | Yellowstone Real Estate Group and a UC Ranch Specialist.

Licensed since 2002, Suzy brings more than two decades of experience selling homes, ranches, land, luxury, commercial, multi-generational, and investment properties throughout the Rocky Mountain West. She believes experience matters—especially when helping clients navigate the unique Montana real estate market.

Originally from Colorado, she spent years living the ranch life in Texas and raising kids. Suzy finally found her way back to the mountains and has called Livingston, Montana home since 2014.

When she’s not working with clients or her team, you’ll likely find Suzy with her husband, Paul, enjoying her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, working in her garden or greenhouse, decorating something, or getting outside to enjoy the place she calls home.
