Here's my review for Miga Sushi Denville for their All You Can Eat option for dinner.

Miga's rice to fish ratio for sushi is very good. They have no limit on sashimi pieces. I absolutely love the hand rolls.. rice ratio is perfect.

Service is perfectly fine and everyone is nice. At $33/pp, we find it a good value if you're a fairly decent eater. If you're a light eater, order off the menu.

For the hot selections, you can def skip any of the teriyaki options. Their sauce is not good. It clearly tastes like a jar and kinda gross.

Be sure to make a reservation. We find going before 630pm is ideal. Anytime after that, it will be crowded.

In short.. he said there isn't enough supply and when rates drop home prices are likely to 📈 INCREASE. I'm a real estate agent and been saying that for a very long time. End of day, everyone needs somewhere to live.

No one is making more land in desirable towns. Buying a home is more than just the physical building. Look beyond it.

I'm a licensed NJ agent and as I predicted.. this is already happening in real estate. No doubt we will start to see more stories like this. Home buyers going at it alone: 😞

Let's put this into perspective.. in your job/ company, the public only sees what it wants to see. It's not likely they see all the "crap" behind the curtain that you must deal with daily.

I'm willing to wager you've dealt with the following in your job:

*people with crappy morals
*liars/ shady people
*bad communicators
*people who don't / can't read emails
*and more that you won't even talk about because it's toxic

So please someone make it make sense to me... what would make a first time home buyer try to go it alone? You're going into the most EXPENSIVE purchase in your life.

If you're experienced in buying and selling, go for it. For those who have never bought/ sold or not done so in the 5+ years... things are constantly CHANGING. I will tell you that you are at a severe disadvantage.

Remember.. Knowledge and Wisdom are NOT the same. You can certainly use A.i. and Google to gain knowledge... However it's no good when you don't know how to use it.
