When I became a Realtor in late 2017 and first heard about the Circle of Excellence, it seemed like a pipe dream. I thought I'd just be happy if I can make a career of this, earn a good living and finally doing work that is personally rewarding, unlike the career I left. But after just two full years in the business, 2020 was a breakout year and I achieved the Bronze Level. '21 had more of the same in store and my thinking shifted to an "I can get used to this" mentality. 2022 was a tough year as it was filled with Buyers who were seemingly always going up against more than 7 or 8 offers and often as many as two dozen! I'm so ecstatic to have been able to get back on track in '23 and hit COE once again. I can't thank all of my clients enough! It's not a silver or a gold and ways off from platinum but I helped people last year find their first home just in time for their first baby to be born. I helped some clients sell their forever homes which is never an easy task. So much to go through, get rid of, donate. I was there to help with it all. I helped others sell for some unhappy reasons but guided them through every step of the way. I was able to help people start their next chapters in life. I'm more than good with that!
Congratulations to all of my colleagues who've earned this recognition, but also a big congratulations as well to all of the others who are surviving in an extremely saturated and competitive industry and delivering exceptional real estate experiences, regardless of sales volume. I see you all!
