Here’s the April snapshot for the Essex County single-family market, and the spring momentum is definitely showing.

The median sold price climbed to $807,500, homes are selling in just 16 median days, and the sold-to-list price ratio remains above 110% – a strong sign that well-prepared homes are continuing to attract serious buyer attention.

At the same time, inventory increased compared to last month, giving buyers a few more options as we move deeper into the spring market.
