Does God provide? You better believe it…I’ve been serving a Buyer client for the better part of 8 Mos in a search to find a home she desired - in a most grueling market where Sellers ruled! As referrals from a mutual source, we were strangers, but both became comfortable in revealing that we were Christian believers and acknowledged if you put God first, in whatever you do….ask and trust him to deliver with regard to his will…he will answer. While we both believed that the right home, in the right location, under the right terms, would materialize, Our faith was tested through this journey… especially after several offers/opportunities either she or I thought was his answer were not!
But yesterday… the result of continuing to allow him to order our steps … in offering, negotiating, and ultimately through the purchase process, she was able to close on the home we both felt was finally the one! I watched graciously as she signed the scores of documents required to accept this “made to order home” as her own - exactly 35 days after her offer was accepted! Ironically this find was in the very same complex she’d submitted an offer on just 3 weeks prior but did not prevail!
So our journey as Realtor& client ended on yesterday …with her now the proud owner of the home we both prayed for her to receive…And most importantly, she purchased under some of the best possible $$$ terms including concessions in a Seller’s market that just a month ago would not have delivered such results!
And as we celebrated this blessing she took so much pride in saying after 9 plus yrs of apt living, where rates have continued to increase with no substantive improvements, she is able to say hello to personal ownership of her living arrangements!
Does God provide? My client and I know first hand….He absolutely does!
