Everything was looking great... and then we discovered there's a second home in the backyard! 🐦🏠

This little birdhouse has prime real estate views, a quiet neighborhood, and no HOA fees. The only question is... should the tenants be paying rent? 😂

This morning, I received a text from a referral looking for guidance on starting their home-buying journey. They had questions about credit score, down payment and Down Payment assistance programs.

It reminded me how many people are still waiting because they believe they need a large down payment to buy a home and aren't sure where to begin.

The truth?

Many loan programs require much less down than people think and there are programs (with requirements) available.

What a wonderful afternoon at the GFWC Illinois 3rd District Annual Day yesterday 💙

I attended as Co-Chair of Civic Engagement & Outreach representing Palos Heights Woman's Club , and I am excited to share that we received 🥇 1st Place recognition!

I am also proud to attend and represent the Palos Park Women's Club as one of thier members.

Its amazing to be surrounded by so many incredible women who have dedicated years of service to making a difference in their communities.

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that when women come together with a shared purpose, we can create meaningful impact, inspire one another, and strengthen our communities.
