From “Little Autumn” to a rockstar on our team — some things never change… especially that love for food 😄 Just look at that first photo — yep, foodie from day one and still going strong!

Autumn has been with us for 15 years and 6 months, serving as a Licensed Settlement Agent & Processor and Mechanics Lien Agent for construction projects. She’s passionate about helping clients achieve one of life’s biggest milestones: homeownership — and she does it with integrity, heart, and a whole lot of dedication.

• Ballet admirer (with dreams of being a ballerina!)

With the warm weather rolling in, we couldn’t resist highlighting one of Evelyn’s adorable summer baby photos ☀️💛 From “Little Evelyn” to a key leader on our team, she’s been bringing sunshine to our office since day one!

Evelyn has been with us since August 24, 2011, and plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. She supports our team, helps guide transactions from contract to closing, and works closely with clients and partners to ensure every experience is seamless and stress-free.

Her favorite part of the job? Leading a team that truly cares. Whether it’s helping a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Evelyn loves knowing her work helps clients feel confident all the way to the closing table.

Still reflecting on what an incredible experience we had at Women’s LIFT ✨ Culpeper Chamber of Commerce

Kearstin & Morgan spent the day connecting, building new friendships, and leaning into the kind of conversations that leave you feeling both grounded and inspired. There was such a powerful sense of community in the room—a reminder that when women come together with intention, something truly special happens.

One message that really stayed with us came from Nicole Weston of Restore Peace Painting Retreats: we can’t fully pour into others or lift those around us until we first take the time to connect with ourselves. That truth showed up again and again throughout the day—in the conversations, the quiet reflections, and the shared moments that made the experience so meaningful.

Every title has a starting point — and so do we. 🍼➡️🏡

Today we’re featuring Kearstin Brown, who has been with us for 1 year and 6 months and plays an important role in keeping our files moving from start to finish.

From marketing and post-closing to handling closings at the table, Kearstin helps ensure each transaction is smooth, accurate, and on track. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through one of the biggest milestones in the title process — closing day.

Her favorite part of the job? Building relationships with clients and agents, staying connected throughout the transaction, and getting to be part of each client’s journey to homeownership.

When she’s not at the closing table, you can find her reading, spending time with family, or enjoying a good Southern sweet tea (usually half sweet, half unsweet these days ☕).

From adorable childhood snapshots to a trusted expert at the closing table—Lynn Totten’s journey is as heartwarming as it is impressive! 💛

Lynn has been part of our Lakeside Title & Escrow family for over 2 years (although she is not new to this business), and in that time, she’s become an essential part of making every transaction smooth and stress-free. As a Processor and Closer, she’s the friendly face (and steady hand!) helping bring final title policies together with care and precision.

Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with all of YOU—our amazing clients and agents! Building relationships and being part of such exciting milestones is what makes her role so special.

Say hello to Morgan—but not quite how you’d expect! We’re throwing it back with some baby photos, and wow… how cute is that little face?! 😍

And can we talk about that Dalmatian outfit? We’re not saying she was auditioning for *101 Dalmatians*, but she definitely could’ve been leading the pack—no Cruella needed, just 100% adorable.

Fast forward to today, Morgan is one of the friendly faces here at Lakeside Title & Escrow, helping keep your closings running smoothly from start to finish. As a receptionist and order opener, she’s often your first point of contact—greeting clients, answering calls, and making sure every new file gets started accurately and efficiently. She’s a key part of making the title process feel easy, organized, and stress-free.
