I stopped by one of my investor clients' properties this morning to post permits and check on the progress, and this one has definitely been a learning experience!

Did you know a new public water/sewer connection in Stafford County can cost around $14,000? 😳

Thankfully not all surprises are THIS expensive … who knew underneath all that old blue carpet were beautiful hardwood floors?! 😍

There’s a LOT of work happening here, but I can’t wait to see the transformation.
