As per the FREDERICKSBURG FREELANCE STAR: "Restaurant Week in downtown Fredericksburg turns 10 this year, and a decade into the annual celebration more restaurants are joining in and the menus are growing more sophisticated.
Held from Jan. 15 to Jan. 25, the week offers three-course dinners for $20.16–matching the year–and two-course lunches for $10.16 at participating restaurants.
“Restaurant Week always has a new flair to it every year,” said Julie Perry, Fredericksburg Visitor Center manager. “With the new restaurants participating and new menus, there’s always something new to try.”
Perry said this year’s event features 23 downtown restaurants, the most that have ever participated.
She said the list of restaurants, featuring bistros, delis, wine bars and historic inns present something for every palate.
Participating restaurants include: Bavarian Chef–Fredericksburg, Bistro Bethem, Brock’s Riverside Grill, Capital Ale House, Castiglia’s, Cork and Table, Deutschland Downtown, Eight-O-Six Bistro, Eileen’s Bakery and Café, Fahrenheit 132, Foode, The Happy Clam, Kenmore Inn, Kybecca, La Petite Auberge, La Rosetta International, Mason–Dixon Cafe, Mercantile, Poppy Hill Tuscan Kitchen, Ristorante Renato, Spencer Devon Brewing, The Sunken Well Tavern and Vivify."
