After touring multiple homes, exploring different towns, navigating several offer situations, and staying patient through the process… my buyers found the one.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with a low offer “just to see” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.
