Some journeys are worth the wait.

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately that start with the same question…
“Should I wait to buy?”

And honestly, I get it. Buying a home is a huge decision, and it’s hard not to wonder if waiting could save you money or give you better options.

But when you look back at 50 years of housing data; nationally, statewide and even locally the overall trend has consistently moved upward. Yes, there have been market dips along the way, but historically they’ve been shorter than the periods of growth.

Nobody can predict exactly what the market will do next. But sometimes looking at the bigger picture helps take some of the fear out of the decision-making process.

At the end of the day, the “right time” is different for everyone. It depends on your goals, finances, timing and what feels right for your family.

If you’ve been thinking about buying but aren’t sure where to start, I’m always happy to talk it through with you. No pressure, just real conversation.
