Good news and bad news!
Ruthie's is continuing to come along very nicely, but slowly. We have too many other projects on the go this year to be able to finish it up properly, and take care of all the details necessary to be a rental property in 2021. We will reassess in the future but we urge anyone waiting on us, to go ahead and book other vacation properties on Seneca Lake and Lodi Point. We will see you on the water! Thanks, Greg and Susi.

The yard reconstruction is complete. After 7 weeks without rain, the grass is brown, but otherwise looks really good.

While renovations are on hold while we take care of other business (4 wins, one 2nd in 5 race starts) the property has had some visitors. Family and friends of family have been enjoying sights like this.
