Haven’t done one of these in awhile! But with a slight market shift, it seemed fitting to do a market update! The holidays are now just around the corner, and historically this is the time where buyers tend to get into holiday mode and and return the home buying process in the new year. But our area has shown tons of demand the past couple of weeks! Buyers sent to still be out there and buying. 🏠

Home appreciation is expected to continue, but the pace could begin to slow during these holidays months. However this does not mean prices will drop. It just means that they may rise but at a moderate pace. 📈
