Kim Heberle: part real estate agent, part chaos coordinator, full-time vibe.

By day, she’s out here casually guiding people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives like it’s just another Tuesday-contracts in one hand, iced coffee in the other, and somehow still answering texts faster than your best friend who “didn’t see it.” She’s got spreadsheets, checklists, backup checklists for the checklists, and a sixth sense for when a deal is about to get weird.

By night? She transforms into a sweatpants-wearing, Bieber-blasting, house-cleaning tornado who can stage a home, cook dinner, answer emails, and break up a sibling argument without spilling her drink. Boy mom energy? Unmatched. There’s probably a Nerf dart somewhere in her hair right now and she doesn’t even know it.

Her brand? Equal parts professionalism and “Jesus take the wheel,” but like... in a calm, competent way. She’ll pray over your home search and then negotiate like a total boss five minutes later. Need someone who protects your best interests? She’s already three steps ahead. Need someone who will hype you up while doing it? Also yes.

Somewhere between open houses, coffee runs, and life chaos, she’s building a business, a life, and probably redesigning a room in her head for fun. If multitasking were a sport, she’d have gold, silver, and a side of sarcasm.

Hi there...at the beginning of each new year I like to re-introduce myself to all of my new (and existing) followers to help everyone get to know me a little better. 😁

I’m Kim Heberle...a licensed Realtor with PMZ Real Estate here in Lodi and I work primarily throughout the Central Valley and surrounding areas. I’m going into my 9th year in the industry and while it’s had its ups and downs, as the market goes, it’s been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling career. 👍🏻

While I love the Realtor title, my two most important titles are a wife and a mother. I’m married to my college sweetheart, a Fire Captain for the Lodi Fire Dept. and together, we have 3 wonderfully amazing and rambunctious boys. 🤪

Lastly, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I’ve always been a believer but never truly understood what it meant to walk with Him and over the past few years I’ve come to find that His presence in my life has given me a sense of peace and belonging. I’ve learned what it means to fully surrender to God and to put all of my trust in His plan for me. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” -Proverbs 3:5
God is my firm foundation for the way I live and work. 🙏🏼
