On Thursday last week my first time home buyers home search finally came to an end. They were originally qualified with their lender back in July of 2023 and it has been an ongoing process since then. They viewed SO many houses, we wrote offers on several, got outbid many times, and we all were getting somewhat frustrated. I kept telling them "We will find the right home!" In a matter of 3 days there were already 6 offers. on this house...and after some countering back and forth we were picked ! FINALLY!!!! The lender did a great job and got the loan closed in 16 days, 1 day early. Thanks Mark Massa! We had to give the seller some time to move so we don't have the keys YET!!! But it is closed. This place will suit this family for years to come and I am so excited for this couple to get their keys and move in!!! Sometimes it is a process and at the end of the day it was worth the wait!
