~One year ago today, 12/31/2019, there were 232 active residential properties for sale in Cache County. Today, 12/31/2020, There are 55 active residential properties.
~Residential properties sold 17% quicker in 2020 than in 2019
~There was a 12% increase in # of Residential properties sold in 2020 vs 2019
~ The average sale price per Residential property was up 11% in 2020 vs 2019
~ New listings dropped by 13% in 2020 vs 2019

Its a HUGE sellers market. Right now you can sell your home in almost half the time and for more money! Because there are fewer homes being listed the price and speed in which they sell for has increased significantly!
