Cache Valley’s market didn’t shift this week… and that’s actually the story.
Active listings held steady at 440, new listings ticked up, under contracts dipped into winter mode, and price reductions landed at 38 — still far below our fall levels.

This isn’t a cooling market. It’s a steady winter market.
Buyers are intentional. Sellers are pricing smarter. And the data is finally predictable again.
