Remember a few weeks ago when I was going to be better about posting????

Well, life had other plans….

Last week though I had some great classes offered by our local realtor association and it reminded me why I wanted to become a realtor.

When I first was the on-site property manager of some local cache valley apartments I found so much joy in helping people find a home they were so excited to move into. I want to do that again. Thursday Tip-Seems obvious, but you will be surprised how many buyers pass on a listing because of a somewhat small inexpensive fix if not presented correctly. This is especially true with first time home buyers.

What’s on the market Wednesday?

Tell me what you guys want to see… what price range?!? This one was just the closest to me under $350k.

I love it though, because as some of you know, I used to do property management of investment properties as an on-site manager so investment properties are kind of my jam. Their are a lot of benefits to owning some rentals. Downfalls as well as to be expected with any business venture… but great oppprtunity for sure with this property!
