We are looking for a talented and energetic individual who would like to begin a career in Community Management for Homeowner Associations. Applicants must have great communication and interpersonal skills; they should be well organized with the ability to prioritize responsibilities to complete a variety of tasks in an efficient manner. The ability to maintain a professional demeanor while assisting residents is a must. (Hours are flexible between 20 and 30 hours a week with the potential for Full-time as the business grows. Attendance of evening meetings may be required a few times a month. Starting wage range is $12 - $16/hr)
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations
· Educate homeowners regarding rules and community policies
· Oversee community financials
· Analyze financial reports and report to community leaders.
· Monitor and manage safety, maintenance, and community services
· Provide recommendations and solutions to improve community operations
· Attend Board meetings, special meetings, and other committee meetings (May require evening meetings)
· Perform site-inspections of properties
Qualification:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Basic understanding of accounting reports and processes

· Able to take initiative and resolve issues quickly
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Demonstrates a professional and team-oriented presence
