✨ CONGRATULATIONS to these new homeowners! ✨🏡🔑

This closing was extra special for so many reasons. Getting to help someone purchase a home is always an incredible feeling, but getting to be part of this journey for my sister-in-law and best friend made this one even more meaningful. 🤍

I also got to watch my brother-in-law stand beside her as they took this next big step together, and I couldn’t be more thankful that she has someone like him by her side to love her, support her, and share in all of life’s biggest moments. 🥹🤍

And yesterday made this closing even more special. If you know my sister-in-law, then you know just how important her grandma was in her life. We lost her a little while ago, and yesterday was her birthday. 🤍🕊️

So, as they signed the papers and received the keys to their new home, it truly felt like Grandma was right there with us. I have no doubt she was looking down and celebrating right along with us. 🤍

🏡 Congratulations to you both on your beautiful new home! I am beyond excited for you, so thankful that I got to be part of this journey, and can’t wait to see all of the memories you make in this next chapter.

This closing was an extra special one for me.

Just last month, I had the privilege of helping his mom close on the purchase of her home. Today, I got to hand him the keys to his very own home. Being trusted by multiple generations of the same family is something I never take for granted.

Mom bought her home. Son bought his. What an incredible couple of months! ❤️

💙 A Day I’ll Never Forget 💙

As many of you know, I wear two hats. While I’m blessed to serve our community as a Realtor with Brady Group Real Estate, I also work full-time as the Office Manager for Bill Hoag Drywall. Today was one of those days that reminds me just how special our community truly is.

Today marked an incredible milestone as FosterHub officially sold out all sponsorship tables for the Grand Opening of their first Transitional Housing and Training Center, and I couldn’t be more honored that Bill Hoag Drywall was able to be part of something so meaningful.

For those who may not know, FosterHub exists to support young adults aging out of foster care, providing them with resources, life skills, mentorship, and now transitional housing to help bridge the gap into independent adulthood. Their mission is one rooted in hope, dignity, and love, that our community has shown up in a big way to support it.

I especially want to recognize Michelle, whose heart for others is simply unmatched. She is one of the kindest, most genuine, and compassionate people I have had the privilege of meeting. The countless hours, sacrifices, prayers, and love she has poured into this vision are truly inspiring. What she and everyone involved have accomplished will change lives for years to come.

Seeing so many businesses and individuals rally together today was a reminder that small communities do BIG things. It’s about more than buildings and donations—it’s about giving young people hope, stability, and a chance to build a brighter future.

Congratulations to FosterHub on this incredible accomplishment, and thank you to everyone who has supported this mission. I have no doubt this is just the beginning of something truly life-changing.

Sometimes God gives us little reminders that beautiful things are happening. As if getting this home under contract wasn’t exciting enough, a rainbow appeared overhead—a sweet reminder that there’s always hope, blessings, and new beginnings ahead. ❤️

I am beyond excited for my buyers as they take another step toward homeownership! Helping families achieve their dreams and guiding them through the process is one of the greatest joys of my job.

And the best part? Buying a home doesn’t always mean bringing a huge amount of money to closing. I love helping my buyers explore options such as seller concessions, down payment assistance programs, grants, and preferred lender programs that can often help make homeownership possible with little to nothing out of pocket.
