Opened July 2020, this 3300 sq ft lodge that sits on 12 secluded acres and includes 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It will accommodate up to 18 guests in beds. We boast a fully-equipped kitchen for the chef of the group with an electric range and oven, a full sized refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, and propane grill just outside the kitchen door on the covered back deck. Additional amenities include: premium beds & bedding/linens/towels and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for guest usage. You also will find infinite hot water with our tankless on-demand hot water system. A wonderful perk when you are traveling with all 18 guests! Enjoy entertaining with the indoor and outdoor stacked stone wood burning fireplaces or enjoy an old fashioned fire pit under the stars. Under the decking on the lower level is also where you will locate the 8-person hot tub. Completed in September 2020, The Stable at Pumpkin Ridge was designed and redesigned by the owners for its current use. Just a brief walk down the private lane from The Barn, the horse stable was originally built to accommodate 8 horses. Recently, they decided to give it new life while paying homage to its original purpose. The tack room has been converted to a bathroom with infrared sauna. The original stalls are now the open-concept recreational level, lit with electric lanterns and an artisan-created chandelier. The original loft has been converted into two separate horse-themed queen-sized bedrooms complete with farm views and private seating areas. Much of the wood inside the renovated stable was repurposed from the original structure. Beds were made using wood from the horse stalls. The kitchen countertops, bar countertops, and bathroom counter was made from white pine salvaged from the project. On the main level, a vintage pool table flanks the open recreational space, with many nostalgic lawn and board games abound; including darts, croquet, and more. The center of the structure boasts a comfortable seating area with a large, mounted flat screen television. Conversation tables and vintage board game tables pepper the floor plan. The Stable also features a kitchenette wet bar, indoor and outdoor congregational spaces, a digital fireplace, surround-sound music system, an outdoor bar and decks with plenty of seating, and an outdoor hot and cold spa under the dark skies.*the two structures rent as one unit rental rate. New for 2022, Blue Ridge Lodge sits nestled in a quiet pine forest along a ridge on 12 secluded acres (shared with Aspen Hollow Lodge). It is an expansive, 5100 square foot log lodge which includes 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It will accommodate up to 20 total adults/children (maximum of 16 adults for adult-only stays.) The open floor plan was designed with your gathering in mind—a large, open two-story great room accented by an indoor stone fireplace and large chandelier. Outside, you’ll find over 2,000 square feet of covered deck to enjoy in any weather. The kitchen is cavernous and outfitted with every amenity needed to prepare gourmet meals for your entire crew. It is equipped with a large French-door refrigerator (second refrigerator on the lower level for overflow), electric range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and a propane grill on the back deck. The lodge was designed specifically with handicap accessibility in mind. This includes a low-grade ramp entrance to the front deck, a larger front door for wheelchair access, wider hallways on the first floor, a larger master suite, and a full en-suite master bath with a zero-entry tiled shower. Additional amenities include: premium Amish rustic furniture, king-sized beds in all bedrooms including the custom bunk room, bedding/linens/towels, and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for use as needed. The pair of high-capacity tankless water heaters will provide infinite hot water to the lodge when many are in need of rejuvenating hot showers! The basement game room is outfitted with a pool table and a regulation air-hockey table. There are board games, puzzles, and children’s toys aplenty. crowded RV campground. For those of you who wish to visit the local attractions, we are within ten minutes of Ash Cave, Old Mans Cave, Cedar Falls, Whispering
Cave and the John Glenn Observatory Park. We offer four complete hook up sites for fully contained RV’s boasting
40′ of green space between each site. Each site has its own water,
electric, & sewer hook-ups, has a private fire ring with benches, a
charcoal pedestal grill, and picnic table. Note: There is no common restroom or shower house, therefore we can
only host fully contained RV's.
