Today was closing day for my sweet client. This was not an easy one. Finding the right house took months. Once we found it, we got the appraisal back and it was 18k less, and we got it for 18k less!! With VA Georgia Dream she got a fantastic rate as well. GA Dream made us jump through some hurdles, but she now has the house of her dreams! Congratulations Beatrice and thank you Sutton Beckwith for getting us through the hurdles and Scott Daniel, the listing agent and his seller for all their patience!
