**End of an Era**
May 17, 2019, I began my journey as a New Construction Sales Counselor at Charleston Village Townhomes. It started s-u-p-e-r...s-l-o-w 🐢🐢🐢. There would be times I'd be in that office 6 days in a row and not a single soul would walk through that door 😣🤦🏽‍♀️😔. I always knew I had the 3 P's (Great Price, Great Product & Great Personality😊) at Charleston, I was simply lacking the 'People' 👥👥.
When the unthinkable 4th 'P' (Pandemic 😷😔😟) arrived I had to increase my "Prayers" 🙏🏽🙏🏽and "Perseverance".

You know what they say... "If you build it... they will come". Whereas, other builders slowed their operations Knight Homes knew that buyers STILL needed homes & we pressed on. That meant throughout the initial shutdown I was still on-site and when word got out we were still building & selling our homes... the tides shifted📈📈. I went from seeing 0 buyers in a Week to a waiting list within 3 months! 💁🏽‍♀️🤗💁🏽‍♀️🤗

Yesterday, the last home closed at Charleston Village & I am soooooooo proud of myself🥳🎉🥳🎉. I single-handedly sold & closed 76 homes in 2 years! Exceeding the initial expectation of 2.5 years! I thank "My Village" for your love, support encouragement & understanding.

An agent's job is never done when you're taking care of your clients! 🙃🙂 I'm spending a lovely sunny day at the Tax Accessors Office ensuring all my buyers from 2020 get their Homestead Exemptions filed before the April 1 deadline 😲😖☺.

Each county has a different filing process so it's important to know who requires what. This particular country it is easier to file in person versus online 🙄😑☺.... And that's what we're gonna do!

Filing this exemption is VERY IMPORTANT as it will lower the property taxes for your home ultimately lowering your Escrow & monthly payments! 📉📉

All while inhaling the intoxicating fragrance of "Fresh" flowers🌸🌸 brought in by a Resident that just closed on their "Fresh"ly constructed home last week! 🤗🤗
