😳 Rental #25 - 80% Vision Impared. Adrienne Falconer is an inspiration. In Mastery, we have hundreds of people that have 20, 30, 40 or 100+ properties but sometimes there are certain individuals that stand out far above the crowd. This woman certainly leads the pack. She comes to more meetings than anybody legally she is 80% vision impaired and the damn woman is always laughing and great attitude. She is buying properties like hot cakes.

I want every investor and agent in this market to stop scrolling and look at this chart.

Chicago is ranked #1 in the entire country for foreclosure starts. Not a bad neighborhood. Not a tough zip code. The entire metro.

Here is what the data actually shows:

3,789 foreclosure starts in Q1 alone

11,396 total filings across 7 counties last year

Filings projected to rise another 32% this year

Illinois ranks #3 highest foreclosure rate in the nation

Cook County files at 2× the national average

And inside that pipeline right now there are 655 properties in pre-foreclosure, 337 heading to auction, and 102 bank-owned REOs. Three different ways for a smart investor to get in at below-market prices.

This is not a crisis. This is a recalibration. And savvy investors know the difference.
