When the average days on market was 28, we had an offer in 7 🎉

It wasn’t by chance, it was strategy.

The comps were all over the place and my sellers wanted to net the most for their next chapter, so instead of leaning on what sold a year ago, we focused on what buyers are looking for today.

1. Dipping Interest Rates: more as rates began to fall in late December, and buyers are anticipating more attractive rates in 2024, which will increase the pool of potential buyers for your home.

2. Rising Home Prices: with more buyers entering the market and limited homes available be prepared for an upward trend and home prices. This makes for a profitable selling environment!

3. Fierce competition: in a low inventory market buyers are eager. Achieving top dollar on your home requires top notch media, decluttering, staging, curb appeal. Non negotiables for 2024!

4. Optimistically cautious: many predict a strong year for our economy and stock market but some are more enthusiastic than others. Don’t expect a recession, but we can’t count on things to go completely smoothly, says Kristina Hooper, chief global market strategist at invesco.

As we begin 2024, I want to reintroduce myself. I’m Amanda, your Central Coast real estate agent. 👋

Whether you’re a homeowner looking o make a change or a buyer/seller exploring new possibilities in 2024, I’m ready to jump in and handle all of your real estate needs. 🥳

Here’s a little more about what I bring to the table:

Being a resident to the area for pretty much my entire life (fun fact I lived in LA for a couple years!) I know all the nooks and cranny’s of the Central Coast area. If you have a questions about a specific area in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County, ask me because I’ve been a resident of both counties throughout the years. 🌊

I have been immersed in the Real Estate industry for 5 years now. From first time home buyers, sellers that are upgrading/downsizing their homes or trust and probate properties you can count on me for guidance. PS- I am a Trust and Probate certified agent 🤓

When I’m not helping clients, you can find me at the beach, camping in our vanagon, cooking in the kitchen, or exploring local shops/eateries. Just a few ways I love to enjoy this amazing area we are lucky to call home. 🏠
