American Stages Realty & Management is looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and other property repairs
- Complete remodeling, renovation, and property improvement projects
- Assist with unit turns and preparing properties for new tenants
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance and repair needs
- Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable building codes
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, job progress, and follow-up needs
- Provide required photos, job notes, and updates
- Complete projects efficiently and within expected timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Dependable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must have basic personal tools in good working condition
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of maintenance and repair work
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
