‼️NAR Settlement Update‼️The National Association of Realtors was part of a settlement agreemtn and in this video im breaking down 3 importqnt things to know. 1. Realtors can no longer communicate on the MLS about buyer agent compensation2. More paperwork needs to be filled out prior to touring a home3. The way Realtors are compensated could change. Data for the New Hampshire housing market was recently released and the major highlight i saw was the median home price in NH has gone up $38,000 since April! That bring the Median Home price in NH to $538,000, which continues to break the record for the highest median home price in NH history. This is a huge indicator for home buyers - if you are waiting on the sidelines you could be losing out on potential equity. So excited for the new Bagel Cafe location on Webster Street/Maple Street/ Hooksett Road (official address is 53 Hooksett Rd). The atmosphere is awesome and now that it’s even closer to my house I might be here everyday!

I've been away from social media for the past 6 months as Alex and I moved back to Manchester from Durham. I've still been working even though I haven't been posting. I'm looking to make more of an effort to share what I have been up to. I've added a blog page to my website to help chronicle some of my experiences and continue to help explain some of the nuances of Real Estate. I am by no means a writer, but I like the idea of having a place to keep some of my experiences.
