Just in case you might not have seen our email earlier or aren’t currently a client but like to stay in the loop. 🙂
Dear Clients, Vendors and Friends:
We hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that we regret to inform that Lancaster Management will be closing permanently at the end of October. It is our upmost priority to inform you about this decision so you have time to make arrangements with other providers in the area prior to winter.
Lancaster Management has become one of the top property management companies in our area in just five years alone. We are extremely proud of all that we have accomplished, friends we have made and problems we have solved together. We can’t be more grateful or thankful for those who have believed in us and impact we made within the community.
This decision came with great thought and consideration. With both growth and changes in life for the company and myself personally, it has brought us to make the ultimate decision to move in a different direction. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish the best to everyone in their current and future endeavors as we look more than forward to ours as well!
We are happy to assist in making the transition with other providers in the area as best we can.
