When we were house hunting we did a walkthrough of this one - an old 1800's farmhouse. Now, two doors to a bathroom, is odd but fine. Throw a staircase and entryway from the parlor into the mix along with an uncomfortable shuffle and lunge to the TP holder, and I gotta pass on it.

What would you call this? Open concept first floor bath, maybe?

The September numbers are in and looking great for New Hampshire home sellers. TL;DR: Year over year, sales prices are up about 15%, the number of homes for sale are down about 60%, and days on market are hovering at about a month and a half state-wide.
