Not every successful sale starts with a sign in the yard.

I recently helped a seller in Allenstown navigate an off market opportunity that aligned perfectly with what mattered most to her: a smooth, low stress experience and a quick closing.

Like many homeowners this spring, she had options. With home prices continuing to rise, it was important to evaluate the opportunity in front of us through the lens of her goals, not just the market. I recently helped family friends sell their condex in Goffstown, and one of the biggest decisions was whether to list publicly or accept a strong off market opportunity.
