This has been a busy 2015. I have had a torn tendon repaired in my right hip, which has given me some recuperation time.
During this time I have been Studying the material to earn my relocation certification, Berkshire Hathaway sponsors in order for agents to work with the relocation company. I have completed Unit one and am beginning Unit two.
Yesterday I began studying for Berkshire Hathaway's e-certification program. When I first began in real estate I earned my e-PRO certification through NAR. It is good to review different aspects of technology.

I received news this AM that CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE WOMEN'S COUNCIL OF REALTORS received the Silver Award for Chapter Management for 2012. This award is earned by following the Business Plan laid out by WCR National. We earned enough points to win this award. Thank you ALL. Next event will be April 18, 2013 at the NNEREN office 45 Constitution Dr. Concord NH 8:30 Registration 9 AM class begins for 1 CEU. Program will be Brenda Mahoney from NEW Hampshire Housing Finance Authority talking about their latest finaning opportunities for home ownership. In view of the upcoming changes to FHA, it will be good to know about this program and which lenders qualify to handle this loan program.
