I reached out to the listing agent on this deal months ago after I had analyzed the property for our investment portfolio. I wanted to purchase the home using the Subject To method since the mortgage interest rate on the property was 2.75%!😍 After some back and forth negotiations, we couldn’t come to an agreement because the Seller wanted a very large down payment to move onto the next chapter of his life and that didn’t fit our purchasing strategy on this deal.
A couple of months later, I received a phone call from the listing agent telling me he has another Buyer who would like to purchase the property using the Subject To method but neither of them knew how to make that happen…
The Buyer was then kicked to me as a client and we got the deal done. 👊🏼 Now my Buyer locked in a killer deal and the Seller can happily move onto the next chapter of his life. 🙌🏼
This one felt like an incredible win and I’m super excited for all parties involved!
