Denver Metro Association of Realtors is forecasting that 2022 is going to be an extreme seller’s market and this is why. Inventory continues to decrease month over month and has over the last 5 years, there was a 33.41% decrease in inventory from October to November! Even with so few homes available on the market, people continue to buy. “Year-to-date, there have been more houses purchased than in any of the previous five years with the median sales price for single-family and attached properties setting records at $525,000.” -DMAR
