Kathie Lozano Sitton has worked in real estate for 32 years and is a second-generation Long Beach, CA resident. In addition to holding a California Real Estate Salesperson License which she obtained in 1988, Kathie is a Certified Forensic Accountant. She received her MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. Her expertise in commercial real estate, finance, business, analytics, conflict resolution and negotiations have served her well and benefited her clients, as has the personable, honest nature people love. Kathie lived in Huntington Beach for two decades where she raised her two daughters, and currently owns a home in Belmont Park, Long Beach. She is an active volunteer for two Long Beach charities, Pathways to Independence and CSR Children’s Foundation which hosts the annual Kids’ Day at Marine Stadium. She is family oriented, loves connecting with neighbors and friends, and is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others. And when she does find time for fun, Kathie loves paddle boarding and has recently started learning to play pickle ball.
