Rory, Maya and I met at an open house nearly a year ago, and from the get go they were super friendly, down to earth and were wanting to make a move from LA to Long Beach. A little over a week ago they closed on their new Long Beach Craftsman home and I couldn’t be more excited for them 🙌

We had a journey of negotiating against 5 other offers to get an offer accepted and once in escrow we were able to negotiate a 15k credit to help Maya and Rory get started with their best foot forward in their new home!
