Some homeownership journeys look simple from the outside… but the truth is, every family’s path is different. 🏡❤️
Erica and I actually grew up in the same community. She went to Duarte High School, she’s around my sister’s age, and although we didn’t officially meet until the last few years, it feels like we’ve known each other forever. We come from the same place, the same community, and a lot of the same experiences.
For the past couple of years, we’ve had conversations about homeownership. Questions, texts, what-ifs, figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and what makes sense for their family.
This journey isn’t just about buying a house. It’s about creating a safe, stable place for their family to grow. A place where their boys have room to thrive, where Elijah can have a safe space that works for him, where their service dog has room to be part of the family, and where they can have peace of mind knowing they’re building something for their children’s future.
Erica and Isaac family work incredibly hard, and watching them get closer to this goal has been so rewarding.
This is why I love what I do. ❤️
I’m not here to tell you that buying a home is easy or that there’s one formula that works for everyone. There isn’t. Your situation is unique, your timeline is unique, and your path will look different from someone else’s.
My job is to listen, answer the questions, connect the dots, and be your liaison throughout the process—especially when it feels overwhelming.
Erica/Isaac, I am SO excited for you and your family. We’re getting closer! 🥹🎉
The dream is becoming a plan… and the plan is becoming a home.
I always invite my people to meet me at Grey & Cash because they have the yummiest lattes and the BEST food. Seriously. 😂
And their wraps?! 🤤 I swear, sometimes I feel like my grandma is back there making them because they taste like that kind of homemade.
