Just wanted to let everybody know that I'm selling these 2 properties for my client. They are in Compton and would make excellent rental properties/investments. Excellent article from Barrons about home owner associations, the pitfalls to watch out for, and steps you (or your realtor) can take to protect yourself!

Potential buyers should check whether an association has adequate financial reserves, and try to make sure there isn't a problem that could require a special assessment.
