Today’s rain carried me back to Kachemak Bay—where the tides transformed the shore and the mist softened the world around us.

We paddled, explored, gathered wood and built a fire on a remote beach. Cold, wet and completely alive—because sometimes the path to wonder begins when we stop resisting the rain. 🌧️🛶🔥🪼🦅🦦🫶

A weekend that reminded me of a simple truth: the best kind of abundance is the kind we get to share. 🤍🦋

Massages at the Ritz, golf, ocean views, bike rides with the girls, beautiful service and even better company — all while supporting the meaningful work of the Aubri Brown Club.

Grateful for the joy, the friendships, and the chance to give back. ✨🫶

They gave us an almost impossible timeline.
We said, “Let’s do it.” 😂🔥

20 DAYS LATER… SOLD! 🏡🔑

Listing agent. Buyer’s agent. Loan officer. Escrow. Everyone pulled together, and WE DID IT!!

But the sweetest part of this closing is who it was for. ❤️ Helping my friend’s daughter and her fiancé find their home as they begin building their own little family made this one so much more than a transaction.

20 days. One incredible team. One very happy family. ❤️

What a special first trip to Alaska. 🫶
Wild landscapes. Curious bears. Towering glaciers. Endless summer daylight. And yes… one of the wettest Julys in recent memory. We embraced every bit of it.

We’re incredibly grateful to our friends for opening their hearts, sharing their beautiful piece of Alaska, and giving us an authentic Alaskan experience that no guidebook or itinerary could ever recreate.

Some trips leave you with photos. This one left us with lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories… and a few roots behind. 💚🌲🥰🫶

Some adventures change your passport.
The best ones change your perspective.

We boarded a tiny floatplane into the heart of Katmai National Park, one of the last truly wild places on Earth.

We came looking for North America’s largest land predator.

Instead, we found something much deeper.

A curious coastal brown bear wandered close enough to remind us whose home we were visiting. Guided by experts, we stayed calm, respected its space, and watched in complete awe.

Then we met a mama bear and her cub.

The little one spotted us, ran behind Mom for safety, then slowly peeked its tiny head back out with the sweetest curiosity.

In one day, we witnessed both incredible power and incredible tenderness.

Out here, you don’t conquer nature.
You don’t control it.
You simply earn the privilege of witnessing it.

And somewhere between the floatplane ride, the quiet meadows, and the bears living exactly as they were meant to, I realized…

We didn’t just come to see wildlife.
We came to remember what it feels like to be truly wild, wonderfully small, and deeply grateful. 🐻✈️🫶
