Highlights:

Closed transactions are down -12% for detached homes and -27% for attached year over year
New listings are down -13.4% for detached homes and -41.6% for attached year over year
Inventory is down -28.6% for detached homes and -50.4% for attached year over year
Average sales price for detached properties is up +29.7% and +13.6% for attached year over year

Which mean, low inventory and high prices are sticking around for now… but DM if you want to learn how to win in this market.
